Marvipol Development concluded a franchise agreement with the Accor Group based on which a 266-room hotel in Kołoborzeg will be developed under the Mövenpick brand. The Hotel Professionals Team was engaged in the brand selection process and advised the company in negotiating business terms of the franchise agreement with Accor.

The new hotel will be developed by Sułkowskiego street, on a plot with area of 0,7 ha between two hotel complexes part of the Zdrojowa Invest hotel chain – Marine Hotel & Ultra Marine and Diune Hotel & Resort.
The 5-star Movenpick Kołobrzeg hotel will offer 266 rooms, the majority of which will have balconies overlooking the sea. Hotel guests will also have access to a restaurant, lobby bar, swimming pool, a saunarium, as well as a spa center and conference area.
