Hotel Professionals was founded in 2014 by the former Hospitality team at Colliers International Poland. We built an independent firm focused entirely on hotel market analysis, feasibility, valuation, transactions and owner advice.
Hotel Professionals leads the advisory work. Hotel Professionals Management Group (HPMG), a separate legal entity, manages hotels for clients. Together, we can follow a decision from analysis into operation.
Our experience also covers MICE venues, condo and apart hotels, serviced apartments, SPA and wellness facilities, food-and-beverage venues, casinos and entertainment centres, and mixed-use destinations.
