Throughout the whole conceptual phase the investor was supported by the Hotel Professionals team, who was engaged in the brand selection process and represented the company in negotiating business terms of the franchise agreement with Louvre Hotels Group.

Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments will be part of the Unique Tower complex planned in Warsaw by 51 Grzybowska Street in the so-called “bliska Wola” region, which is the city’s new vibrant business center. The new facility will deliver an additional 448 apartment units for short- and long-term stays in the 5-star standard.

It is yet another debuting brand introduced to Poland with the engagement of Hotel Professionals.
