Operational Design Review

We support the owner and the design team in shaping a hotel that matches the concept, the brand standards and the reality of running it once it opens. We review the room mix, public areas, food and beverage outlets, back of house and the movement of guests, staff and deliveries — and how all of it measures up against the chosen operator brand standards.

We work with the architects while changes are still possible and economically sensible. We flag the decisions that drive area per key, capital cost, staffing and operating efficiency, and the hotel future revenue. We do not replace the architect — we bring the operator and owner perspective into the design team.
